Overview
This Kettner Robot 3A palletizing system is designed for the automatic palletizing of shrink-wrapped packs and PET bottle packs onto Euro pallets. The system is currently configured for 6-pack shrink-wraps of 0.5L PET bottles, arranged with 36 packs per layer. The machine is capable of handling various formats, including 0.5L single-use PET, 0.5L returnable PET, and 1.5L single-use PET. The system consists of a blue Kettner robot/palletizer column, a mechanical layer transfer head, infeed conveyors for shrink-wrapped packs, pallet roller conveyors, a pallet lift/palletizing station, and a safety enclosure. The output is rated for a maximum capacity of up to 68 pallets per hour. The palletizing area is fully enclosed by a wire mesh safety fence with access doors, warning lights, and control panels. This system is suitable for high-speed end-of-line palletizing in beverage production environments.
