This machine, thanks to its features and design, is suitable for mass cutting of steel and is the predecessor of the KASTOwa C7 and KASTOspeed C9.

Following a general overhaul (retrofit), the system will be in like-new condition, guaranteed by our company.

The machine will be fully refurbished in our workshop according to customer specifications. The following will be renewed or replaced, among others:

- New Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI
- Conversion to fully electronic cut length selection (optional)
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Overhaul or replacement of all pneumatic components
- New hydraulic lines
- Overhaul or replacement of all hydraulic components
- Overhaul of Menzel minimum quantity lubrication system
- Replacement of common wear parts
- Overhaul of loading magazine
- Enhancement of the safety concept

Additional equipment:

- Drop-off magazine for 6 m bars
- Hydraulic material feed unit

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all parts refurbished or replaced by us. Labor and consumable/wear parts are excluded from warranty.
