The fully hydraulic production high-speed bow saw is equipped with a universal hydraulic system for either dedicated or alternating cutting of thin- and thick-walled profiles as well as solid material, without the need to change the saw blade, using a standardized tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. The machine features preloaded bow guides, a sealed oil hydraulics system, triple swivel bearings, a separate coolant system, steplessly adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lift-off motion and accelerated return stroke, and comes standard with a continuously adjustable mitre device. Fast jogging lift of the saw arm. Swiveling vise for optimal utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guidance with ground and hardened guide rails to transfer cutting pressure forces to the saw bow. Automatic end stop. Pushbutton control for ON, OFF, and fast lift functions of the saw arm.
