Following a completed retrofit, the machine is in like-new technical and optical condition.

Thanks to its features and robust design, the machine is highly versatile and can be used efficiently across a wide range of applications. The positioning system ensures easy and highly cost-effective operation of the unit. The powerful drive motor enables short cycle times, even when sawing thick-walled profiles or solid materials. The sound enclosure minimizes operational noise emissions to an absolute minimum.

The machine will be fully overhauled in our facility according to customer requirements. The following work has been carried out, among others:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI operator panel
- Replacement of ball screw spindle
- Replacement of servomotor and servo drive
- Replacement of the main drive frequency inverter (optional)
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Maintenance or replacement of all hydraulic cylinders and valve manifolds
- Overhaul of extraction system
- Overhaul of minimum-quantity lubrication system

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all overhauled or replaced parts. Labor time and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
