Kaltenbach KKS 401/ KKS 451 Retrofit
High-performance automatic saw for steel.

Thanks to its features and construction, the machine can be used very efficiently for a wide range of applications. The HMI interface for controlling the machine ensures easy and straightforward operation. Due to the saw design, it is possible to achieve highly accurate length tolerances.

The machine is completely overhauled in our factory according to customer requirements. Among others, the following components are renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Upgrade to Siemens HMI operating panel
- Replacement of the ball screw
- Replacement of servo motor and servo drive
- Replacement of the frequency inverter for the main saw drive
- New electronic components
- Maintenance or replacement of all hydraulic cylinders and valve manifolds
- Optimization and overhaul of the cooling system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the machine body

The machine also features:
- Fully automatic material feed
- Fully automatic mitre adjustment +/- 60°

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Labor, as well as consumables, are excluded from the warranty.
