Fully automatic bagging machine for packaging products – regardless of their length – with full wrapping and without film overlap. Product infeed is via a conveyor belt while simultaneously enclosing the product in center-folded film by means of a forming shoulder. Product indexing is performed via a photoelectric sensor. The feed belt is smoothly adjustable for different product widths. Longitudinal sealing is achieved by a continuous side sealing unit. The height position of the forming shoulder and sealing units is manually adjustable.
