Josting veneer guillotine with cross-cutting machine

This machine cuts veneer bundles with high precision, ensuring straight and parallel cuts. It guarantees tight joint assembly for all types of veneer after cutting.

Technical features:
● Highest cutting quality thanks to a swinging knife action pulling at an angle of approximately 20°.
● Parallel fence with motorized quick adjustment, fine tuning, and digital measurement display for cutting panels or strips in parallel widths.
● Highly visible green guideline laser clearly marks the cutting line.
● Scribe lines and an angle stop on the machine table facilitate precise veneer alignment.
● The wide pressure beam presses down even wavy veneers flat and level before cutting.
● Secondary cutting mechanism hydraulically adjusts the knife beam by 0.9 mm. Obtains perfectly square edges by pre- and post-cutting on compressed veneer packs.
