Accessories / Special Equipment:

Machine without automatic workpiece feed, the parts (wave-shaped) are manually loaded; a Plexiglas sliding hood is located in front of the work area, manually operated.
Currently equipped with 1 straightening punch and 4 pneumatic measuring stations; however, connection options are available for up to 7 measuring stations. These are longitudinally adjustable along the lower press table over a range of approx. 500 mm; the straightening punch is adjustable on the upper ram in a prism guide.

2 tailstocks on the press table, adjustable for a max. clamping length of 600 mm; the left side is motor-driven and equipped with a clamping quill, the right side with a dividing disc.
Workpiece rotation via stepper motor from 10 to 100 rpm.

The workpiece is measured at pre-determined positions and straightened accordingly; the straightening process is monitored and controlled with the measurement device.
