Jakob Müller Frick AG NF42 in 2/84mm

8 pieces of very clean (refurbished) Jakob Müller Frick AG NF42 looms from 1988, 1989, and 1990 from my inventory.
The machines run flawlessly and are 100% operational (completely overhauled).
12 shafts, without magazine, with Mütrans, some with Müdata.

The machines come from a curtain tape production line and were originally equipped with a Z compartment. As part of the general overhaul, they have been converted to standard compartments.
All tension trees and pressure rollers have been newly vulcanized by Westland. Card rollers in the chain box are new or newly vulcanized. The central lubrication system in the chain case has been optimized by us. All machines have the first shaft free (for heavier reeds) and are fitted with 12 shafts. All machines are fitted with Mütrans II.

Individual machines with double-belt take-off (for heavy-duty fabrics) can be delivered upon request. I believe this is possible for 4-5 machines. Finely knurled tension trees can also be installed for 4-5 machines as an option.

All needle holders are suitable for double needles. Two additional Mütrans II units can be installed for this purpose upon request.

The machines have been rebuilt from scratch. All bearings, shafts, and bushings have been inspected and replaced as necessary. All swing arms have been checked and replaced if required.

- 4th–6th shaft: swing arm 202
- 7th–9th shaft: swing arm 203
- 10th–12th shaft: swing arm 204

All shaft springs have been checked and replaced where needed. There are no porous, cracked, or defective parts.

The electrical system has been checked, the circuit board for thread monitoring has been inspected and, if required, repaired or replaced.

The machines are painted in RAL 6021 Müller pale green.

All panels are clean and undamaged.

The machines are offered without Müdata. Four units are additionally equipped with crawler gears.

The machines have been set up and tested.

Note: Machines are supplied without oil, yarns, slats, reeds, needles, and chain links.
