The Dibipack 3246 EV shrink packaging machine introduces the Dibipack Evolution “one-step®” system range, which is as easy to operate as the standard Dibipack models. However, thanks to its fully electronic controls, it offers great flexibility in application as well as high performance in control and several innovative, patented devices. An ideal solution for small to medium production volumes, as it is both competitive and cost-effective.

INFORMATION

Operating cycle electronically controlled by a microprocessor. It is possible to store 8 different operating programs.
Automatic adjustment of sealing time: The machine automatically adjusts the sealing time according to the packaging speed.
Shrink wrapping can begin once sealing is completed.
Holding magnet included and adjustable: The hood remains closed until the shrink process is complete.
The hood can be opened after the fan stops to prevent hot air from escaping at the end of the cycle.
Re-opening via gas pressure spring.
Start control by proximity sensor.
Energy-saving function: The unit switches to standby mode if not operated for a certain period.
Piece counter included.
Stand and scrap rewind available upon request.
The machine operates with heat-seal and shrink films such as PVC (BLUE FILM) or polyolefin films (GREEN FILM – GOLD FILM).
The machine is manufactured according to CE guidelines.
