Washing machine for fruit and vegetables. The unit is manufactured entirely from stainless steel. It features a sorting grid, washing tank, and a conveyor belt. The produce drops into the water for initial washing and is then transported via the conveyor, where it is thoroughly cleaned with fresh water. The cleaned produce is conveyed to the mill, where various sieves can be utilized to achieve the desired mash fineness. The washing system is equipped with a dosing attachment for packing presses.
