Our belt presses are equipped with two large pressing rollers, which extend the pressing process and thus enable particularly gentle juice extraction. The result is a clear, foam-free juice of high quality.

The pneumatic belt tensioning and automatic belt control systems further enhance juice quality.

The belt press features automatic brush cleaning, eliminating the need for a high-pressure cleaner. Instead, the belt is efficiently cleaned by six specially designed water nozzles. For cleaning, a compressor with 8 bar pressure and a ½” water connection are sufficient. Thanks to the special nozzles, water consumption is reduced, thereby lowering operating costs as well.

The open construction allows for quick and easy cleaning of the system, which can be completed within minutes.
