The semi-automatic filler is the perfect solution for small businesses producing up to 5,000 Bag-in-Box units per year.

The machine is equipped with: an electromagnetic flow sensor; an electronic control panel – for programming the filling volume (minimum 1 litre) and performing calibration; and a self-priming pump with EURO 20 rubber impeller.

At the beginning and end of each cycle, the vacuum must be operated manually by the user, and nitrogen injection is managed using two manual pulse valves. Opening and closing of the valve is carried out with the two stainless steel tools supplied as standard. A drip collector buffer is included. The bag support bracket made of stainless steel has adjustable height and can be removed. The user selects the desired fill volume and engages the switch to start the filling cycle. The filler completes a full cycle: opening the valve / starting the pump / stopping the pump / closing the valve.
