This shock freezer/blast chiller is equipped with the latest environmentally friendly refrigerant R290, ensuring you are up to date with the newest technology. This is a next-generation blast chiller from the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. The MultiFresh multifunctional blast chiller is your new assistant in the kitchen, fitted with a standard rack for 2/1 GN containers, with a maximum load of 95 kg. It features a 10" touch display and allows both blast chilling and shock freezing modes.

This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo version designed for both blast chilling and shock freezing. The cooling unit is air-cooled. The door is left-hinged, and the device is equipped with a 5-point core temperature sensor. The unit is mounted on 4 castors and features locking brakes.

Dear interested buyer: When purchasing this device, commissioning and training by an Irinox specialist advisor can be arranged. The unit has a total of 55 rack positions for trays. Currently, 30 runners for 2/1 GN containers are included, which yields 15 tray slots. Additional GN runners or wider racks for the 60x40 cm bakery format can be ordered. One pair of 1/1 GN runner racks is priced at €36 net, one pair of bakery racks is priced at €69 net plus shipping. A Multirack can also be used to double the number of 1/1 GN tray slots.
