Do not compromise on surface quality. Easy Paint extraction walls are the ideal, economical solution for the effective collection and filtration of overspray as well as extraction of solvent vapors. Robust and powerful, yet economical in operation.

The IPE double filtration system uses two stages to achieve a maximum separation rate of up to 99%. Owing to the pleated filter pockets, the cardboard labyrinth filter initially captures significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² filter area) compared to conventional filter mats. The downstream fiberglass secondary filter only retains the finest residual particles.

As a guideline, depending on the lacquer used, the cardboard labyrinth filter can last approximately 150 to 200 painting hours. The fiberglass filter only needs to be replaced after around 900 to 1200 painting hours, i.e., at every 5th or 6th cardboard filter change.

Additionally, Easy Paint features a lower intake opening to safely and quickly capture solvent vapors at floor level or from floor pits.

Thanks to this additional lower intake opening, the Easy Paint can be connected to a floor pit or sump as an underfloor extraction system. The front-mounted filter cassette also simplifies filter changes in this application.
