Dry spray wall made of galvanized sheet steel with welded base frame, cardboard labyrinth filter as pre-filter and glass fiber filter as secondary filter unit. Ex-ventilator incl. throttle valve mounted on the left.

Don’t compromise on surface quality. Easy Paint extraction walls are the ideal, economical solution for effective capture and filtration of paint mist as well as extraction of solvent vapors. Robust and powerful yet economical in operation.

The IPE double filtration system ensures two-stage filtration for a maximum separation rate of up to 99%. The cardboard labyrinth filter, with its folded filter pockets, initially captures significantly more overspray (up to 18 kg/m² of filter area) than conventional filter mats. The downstream glass fiber secondary filter only retains the finest remaining particles.

As a guideline for the cardboard labyrinth filter, depending on the paint used, a service life of approx. 150 to 200 painting hours can be expected. The glass fiber filter only needs to be replaced after approx. 900 to 1200 painting hours, i.e. only at every 5th or 6th cardboard filter change.

Easy Paint is additionally equipped with a lower intake opening, enabling quick and safe extraction of solvent vapors at floor level or from floor pits.

This additional downward-facing intake can connect the Easy Paint unit to a floor pit or sump for subfloor extraction. The front-loading filter cassette also makes filter changes simple here.
