WORKS CARRIED OUT DURING THE LINE MODERNIZATION BY EUROMAQUINA IN 2019

· Complete disassembly for general inspection and cleaning of each line component.
· Final paint touch-ups.
· Electrical disassembly of all components.
· Checking all elements for defects.
· General motor inspection.
· Conductivity testing, cleaning of brushes in DC motors, etc. Unrepairable motors were replaced.
· Mechanical assembly of the line components.
· Assembly of components that needed replacement due to defective parts.
· Overhaul of hydraulic cylinders, including seal replacement. Cleaning and painting.
· General inspection of hydraulic motors. Cleaning and painting.
· General inspection of hydraulic power units. Cleaning and painting.
· Inspection of pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves.
· Replacement of defective hydraulic pipes.
· Replacement of pneumatic pipes.
· Replacement of all on-board machine wiring.
