Opis

The INDEX C200 – year of manufacture 2009 – is a high-performance CNC production turning machine equipped with a FANUC 31i control, main spindle and counter spindle, and a 65 mm bar capacity. The machine features a premium three-turret configuration: Turrets 1 and 2 each offer X, Z, and Y axes, while Turret 3 is dedicated to operations on the counter spindle. All three disk turrets are fitted with 10 stations each and support driven tools up to 6,000 rpm, allowing for highly flexible complete machining operations. With a gantry loader, conveyor belt, C-axis on both main and counter spindles, and powerful spindle drives, this machine is especially suitable for productive series manufacturing of complex turned and milled parts.
