Description & Features:
The rotary air rinsing machine is designed for pharmaceutical and medical applications and is suitable for GMP-compliant internal cleaning of stable, round glass or plastic bottles using sterile compressed air.

Operating Principle: Bottles are singled with an infeed conveyor and screw, transferred into a carousel, picked up by grippers, rotated 180°, and cleaned using nozzles (blowing out) and extraction heads (vacuuming). Afterwards, bottles are transferred to the outfeed conveyor and the downstream machine.
