Self-contained grinding and classification plant on a laboratory scale This compact, plug-and-play system is perfect for research and development (R&D) as well as small-scale production. The equipment operates in batches of a few kilograms.
This multiprocess system can be equipped with various modules (one at a time) for either grinding or classifying different products, providing both coarse and ultra-fine final products, and offering a wide range of final results.
Module changeover is quick and easy, allowing for different tasks to be carried out in minimal time.

ALPINE Multiprocess System AFG 100
The core concept is the use of a basic module that integrates all additional components of a grinding or classifying plant (frame, dosing system, separating filter, control system, etc.). In just a few simple steps, the suitable modules can be installed to carry out various micronization and classification processes with this machine:
