The Platform
The platform features a universal adapter and includes the necessary electrical and mechanical components for all function modules. This allows you to gradually purchase additional modules later on and easily connect them.

The Function Modules
The modules contain all essential process engineering components for the corresponding picoline® variant, such as separator head, housing parts, grinding tools, motor adapters, etc. They can be exchanged or mounted on the same platform at any time.

Dry Grinding and Classifying
For dry grinding and classification (except the Piconizer), one or two identical high-speed motors are used per function module.

Wet Grinding
The wet mill uses a slower-running, high-torque motor. The motor’s drive controller is housed in the platform.

Mixing and Particle Design
The batch mixer and high-energy mixer for particle design both use the same slow-running, high-torque motor. The motor’s drive controller is also integrated into the platform.

Accessories
Depending on mode of operation (continuous, batch) and batch size, a range of peripheral devices is available as options—such as stirring tanks, dosing devices, product separators, external blowers, or inerting systems—which are engineered according to your specific requirements.

The machine was used as a pilot plant. Many modules and various accessories are also available for individual purchase or rental.
