Used single-sided HOMAG edge banding machine for straight edges; suitable for joint trimming, edging, and post-processing of various edging materials. Fixed fence on the left side.

NOTE: Very well-maintained machine with low operating hours.

SPECIFICATION / EQUIPMENT:
Base machine with 80 mm wide transport chain for workpiece feed,
- Maximum workpiece thickness: 60 mm
- Motorized height-adjustable pressure beam
- Workpiece support with rollers, extendable up to approx. 700 mm
- Glue pot lift-off when feed stops
- Glue roller clamping before workpiece rear edge
- (Remote) manual control for easy machine setup
- Adjustable infeed fence via NC axis
- Joint trimming unit with synchronous/counter-rotation, 2x4kW, operation-controlled

GLUING UNIT A20, comprising:
- QA34 glue application unit
- Pre-melter for EVA adhesive
- Edge magazine for edge thickness from min. 0.4 mm to max. 20 mm
- Pressure zone with automatic horizontal adjustment (NC) according to edge thickness, 1 powered and 6 non-powered pressure rollers

POST-PROCESSING SECTION:
- HL81 end trimming unit, 2 motors (front/rear edge) with motorized fine-adjustable trimming stops
- Pre-/flush trimming unit 1.5 kW, top/bottom
