The ES 121 F/SHK is the simplest solution for precise end cuts – including for wane-edged and unevenly stacked materials. With the positionable saw unit, you can crosscut stationary packages to the desired length. This unit is also ideal for applications where space is limited.

Guide rail swivels hydraulically at a 90° angle around a fixed pivot point, offering maximum cutting accuracy and optimal distribution of cutting force.

Available with a hard-chromed pointed-tooth chain or carbide-tipped pointed-tooth chain from STIHL.

ES 121 with roller conveyor and stationary saw unit – the classic solution for dividing long packages into fixed lengths.

A movable carriage positions the packages precisely at the saw. The standard parallelogram drop device allows the kerf to be opened after cutting. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a second, independent parallelogram drop device, allowing simultaneous feeding of multiple raw packages. The robust saw unit delivers an optimal cut surface – package by package.
