The TL-100/10000E hydraulic press belongs to the T/NC series and is specifically designed for straightening welded structures and cut plates.
As with all our hydraulic presses from this series, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and longitudinal movement of the bridge, different pressing points can be accessed without having to reposition the workpiece.
The machine meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Electro-welded frame made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy.
• Constructed and designed with finite element software.
• The longitudinal movement of the bridge is achieved by a frequency inverter and toothed belt.
• The lateral movement of the head is motorized.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome plated piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
• Equipped with a removable and replaceable cushion to prevent piston wear and machined on the end to accommodate the tool.
• Features a standard anti-rotation device for the cylinder and a calibrated front with limit switches for cylinder stroke adjustment.

• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic shut-off of fast speed.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY

• Includes a button to confirm the operating cycle.
