RIGID FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESSES

We have designed the R/NC series of motorized rigid frame hydraulic presses with a range of six different capacities, from 80 to 500 tons. Specifically engineered for stamping, die-cutting, and deep drawing operations.

The latest generation R series hydraulic presses have evolved to offer great versatility, including the ability to integrate these machines into automated production lines. They operate at hydraulic pressures below 320 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

The R/NC series drawing and stamping presses are built with an electro-welded frame made exclusively of S355JR steel. The structure is stabilized and machined after the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and accuracy. Design and stress calculations are carried out by finite element analysis software, thereby ensuring our high standards of precision and quality are consistently met.

Equipped with machined C45E steel upper and lower tables with DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table maintains perfect parallelism via four lateral cylindrical guides with self-lubricating, maintenance-free bimetallic bushes.

The press features a double-acting cylinder with a lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.

The hydraulic power unit has two speeds, with automatic disengagement of the rapid approach. Cylinder decompression valve included.

Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4” touch screen, model MTP-400, mounted above the electric foot pedal. Allows programming of operating mode (semi-automatic and automatic), pressing force, stroke, and dwell time of the upper ram. Storage capacity of up to 99 recipes; all parameters above can be programmed in each recipe.

The electrical panel features a selector for choosing between manual and automatic operation, and a key-operated selector for maintenance work.

Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-monitoring devices are included for operation and safety.

Includes inspection and certification of correct operation and safety distances for light curtains.

To ensure operator safety, type 4 PLe safety light curtains are installed at the front working area, accompanied by two fixed side guards and a rear opening guard with a magnetic interlock switch, polycarbonate windows, and LED interior lighting.
Hydraulic cushion or ejector installation is supported.
Complies with all essential health and safety requirements per CE directives.
