HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR BENDING

The FDV-150E/3,000 double-column hydraulic press belongs to the F series and is custom-designed for bending operations.

It features an optimized hydraulic system operating at a pressure of 295 Bar, ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance.

The machine fully complies with all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Built with a rigid, fully-welded fixed-frame structure made exclusively of S355JR steel.
- The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Designed and engineered using finite element software analysis.
- Equipped with upper and lower machined tables made of C45E steel with DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect alignment by means of four 80 mm diameter cylindrical side guides with maintenance-free, anti-friction bimetallic bushings.
- Lower table features a slotted surface of 3,100 mm x 600 mm.

CYLINDERS AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

- Two main double-acting cylinders with chromed plungers and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
- Single-speed motorized hydraulic power unit, including a cylinder pressure release valve.
- Glycerine-filled pressure gauge with readout in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

- Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7” KTP-700 COMFORT touchscreen mounted on the electrical cabinet. Enables programming of semi-automatic and automatic operations, force, stroke length, and dwell time. Capable of storing up to 300 programs/recipes; all above parameters can be stored per recipe.
- Operated via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
- For maximum safety, the press is fitted with category IV photoelectric safety barriers at the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear access-guard with magnetic interlock safety switch.
