CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS:
The double-acting cylinder is equipped with a guide bush, a chrome-plated piston rod, and wear-free guide components. To prevent wear on the piston rod, the presses feature a removable and replaceable pressure plate, which can also be replaced by alternative tooling. The press is fitted with an anti-rotation system mounted to the cylinder by means of a clamp and guide rod.
The hydraulic unit is a dual-speed system with automatic high-speed shut-off. A cylinder decompression valve is also supplied as standard.

ELECTRICS AND SAFETY:
Standard equipment includes a Siemens SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen, conveniently located above the electric foot pedal. This allows programming of operation modes (semi-automatic/automatic), output, stroke, and upper cylinder dwell time. The PLC memory supports up to 99 program recipes, each capable of storing all relevant process parameters.
The control cabinet is equipped with a selector switch for manual or automatic operation and a key switch for maintenance access.
Both the electrical and hydraulic controls are implemented redundantly and are self-monitoring. The hydraulic safety block features valves with electric position monitoring to meet essential safety requirements.
Operation is via a Category IV two-hand safety control system.
Fixed side guards with a 650 mm front opening ensure operator safety.
An optional hydraulic cushion or hydraulic ejector can be installed.

All presses are supplied with an operating manual. CD-Series presses comply fully with all essential safety requirements and criteria in accordance with current CE regulations.
