STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• The frame is constructed from flame-cut steel and divided into three electro-welded monoblocks, made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed with finite element software.
• Cylindrical columns with a diameter of 300 mm offering high mechanical strength, ground and chrome-plated for low friction and wear resistance.
• Upper table with T-slots and anti-fall protection system.
• Usable table surface: 4,750 x 2,250 mm.

• A frame that can withstand 600 TN of concentrated force over 1/3 of its surface.
• The lower table is designed for a displacement of up to 50 TN and is supported by bronze guides with graphite loading and mechanical positioning centers for precise table placement.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• 6 single-acting cylinders with honed sleeves, chrome-plated pistons, and wear-resistant guides.
• Four 50 TN hydraulic compensators mounted on the ends of the lower table.
• 800-liter hydraulic power unit with quiet Denison pump, automatic shutoff of rapid pre-fill speed, and working speed equipped with a decompression system.
• Proportional pressure system and optical measuring devices for upper table displacement control, with a synchronized electronic system to compensate for eccentric or unbalanced forces.
• Hydraulic unit cooling system with independent air-oil cooler.
• All M series hydraulic presses are fitted with a side pressure switch to set the optimal pressure for each application.
• Glycerin manometer with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Includes a SIEMENS safety PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 12" touchscreen. Permits programming of semi-automatic and automatic operation modes, power, stroke, and dwell time on the upper table. 300 recipes can be stored, each recipe programmable for all above parameters.
• Low voltage operation via two-hand control station.
• Anti-drop protection system with hydraulic safety jaws.
• Category IV light curtains on the front and rear.
• Side protection panels with opening and safety micro-switches.
