The MV-800E/NC-SINCRO press is specially designed for the setup and testing of dies, molds, and punches.

The four columns with 250 mm diameter, made from C45E steel, are manufactured specifically to withstand high stress.

It features an optimized hydraulic system operating at up to 250 bar, ensuring long service life and reliability.

The press complies with all essential safety and health requirements pursuant to CE standards.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• A frame capable of withstanding 600 T of concentrated force on 1/3 of its surface.
• Lower table with T-slots.
• Upper table with T-slots.
• Usable table area: 3,000 x 2,000 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, each with 400 T capacity.
• Single-stage hydraulic power unit with automatic shutoff of rapid approach speed and independent operation. Equipped with a decompression system and proportional pressure pre-fill valves. Digital potentiometers on the upper table control movement; an electronic synchro system compensates for off-center or unbalanced forces.
• The press features a lateral pressure switch for optimal job-specific pressure adjustment.
• Glycerine manometer with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Electrical installation for operation with 1 or 2 speeds for the main cylinder feed.
• The press features both manual and automatic cycles (selectable via test mode switch):
• The manual cycle allows all press movements to be performed step-by-step at low speed.
• The automatic cycle enables the press to execute a full production cycle.
• Electrical safety system for the fall protection of the upper table.
• Lower table with hydraulic withdrawal and physical stops.
• The machine is equipped with a control panel featuring a touchscreen display for entering operating and calibration parameters.

• Two 1,000 mm optical safety barriers (Class IV) are installed at the front and rear.
• All Siemens electrical components are IP55-rated and manufactured according to current CE directives and regulations.
• Electrical and hydraulic functions are redundant and self-monitored. Includes an additional safety block and self-checking devices for functionality and safety. Includes testing and certification of proper functionality and the safety distance of the light curtains.
• Safety is further ensured by a laser and Class IV light curtain area protection system.
