Control System Functionality:

The linear encoder continuously transmits the ram and ejector positions to the controller. Travel distance, upper stop position, and switching point (where the press changes from rapid approach to working speed), as well as the target end position, can be easily and quickly entered via the monitor control.
Working speed can be adjusted in 1 mm/sec increments from 0 to 10 and in 10 mm increments from 10 to 300 mm.
Additionally, the machine features pressure monitoring which, upon reaching the desired pressure, either returns the ram to the top position or holds the pressure at the set level (within 5% tolerance) for the preset time, then opens.
The control system monitors secured areas, the entire hydraulic system, pumps, and temperature. It also synchronizes the main cylinders and compensates for unilateral overloads.
The control system is housed in a separate control cabinet. The actual press operation is performed via a control panel mounted on a swivel arm, thus reducing movement distances for the operator.
