Control system operation:

The linear scale continuously reports the ram position to the control system. The travel path, upper stop position, and switching point—where the press changes from rapid traverse to working speed—as well as the target end position can be set quickly and easily using the monitor control panel.

The working speed can be set from 0 to 10 mm/sec in 1 mm increments and from 10 to 155 mm/sec in 10 mm increments.

The control system monitors the safety zones, the entire hydraulic system, and the pump, and is housed in a separate control cabinet.

The actual press operation is carried out via a control panel mounted on a swivel arm for reduced travel distances.
