Profile straightening press 150 T with two hydraulic cylinders.
The straightening machine is set up for the respective material type by exchangeable rounded spacer elements. The ten inserts are changed manually by simply sliding them into the retaining grooves. The scope of delivery includes a basic set for one profile. The program for the respective profile is then called up on the monitor. The monitor displays the ideal line along with a rising and falling millimeter scale with 0.5 mm divisions. The profile to be straightened is placed on the table to the left, pushed against a stop, and clamped in place using a quick-clamping device. Both the stop and the quick-clamping device are quickly adjustable and mounted on a clamping plate. This clamping plate travels on a linear guide from left to right and vice versa. Movement is provided by a chain drive and a servo motor. The motion is initiated via a joystick on the control panel.
Once the profile is clamped, the operator moves the clamping plate with the joystick into the press. The travel speed is up to 100 mm per second but can be continuously decreased to 10 mm per second; for this, it is sufficient to only lightly move the control lever. A high-resolution camera now displays the profile in the press. The operator can see precisely any deviation from the ideal line. Depending on requirements, the operator pushes or pulls the profile to achieve the desired accuracy. They then slowly move it further through the press while detailed feedback on the monitor shows if the profile is now straight. As needed, further corrections can be made by moving forwards or backwards. Once the profile is straightened, it exits the press on the right and can be removed. The clamping plate can then be returned to the loading position on the left, or—in order to save time—may be loaded from the right.
Operation of the press is permitted only under the following conditions:
Permissible ambient temperature: 5-60 °C
Permissible relative humidity: at 20°C - 90%, at 40°C - 50%
Installation site elevation above sea level: + 1,000 m
Permissible mains fluctuations: +/- 10%
