Description of the drilling machine:
The electric drilling machine VS 50 GB is designed for drilling, roughing, reaming, and thread cutting in both single-piece and series production. This machine consists of four main components: base, column, electrical system, and cooling system. The spindle housing is adjustable and can be rotated 360° around the column. This model is equipped with power feed. The machine features a rigid construction and operational reliability. The drilling machine offers four feed rates with electromagnetic clutch. The pre-gear and feed transmission are lubricated by oil mist, supplied by a pump located in the base. The electromagnetic clutch ensures the selected feed rate and simultaneously disengages the machine feed when the preset drilling depth is reached or when the maximum pressure on the spindle is exceeded (damaged or blunt tool).

The drilling depth is set using a millimeter scale. The drilling spindle runs in ball bearings, and return movement is ensured by a spiral spring. All electrical components are located in the electrical cabinet and fully comply with all EU directives. The machine controls are located on the front panel.
