We are offering for sale a Heesemann LSM 8 wide belt sander configured with four sanding units:
- Cross-belt unit
- Longitudinal unit with calibration roller
- Longitudinal unit with reverse function
- Longitudinal unit with cleaning brush

The machine has undergone mechanical refurbishment and inspection, is tested, calibrated, and ready for operation.

Abrasive belts are equipped with a cleaning system – compressed air blow-off and dust extraction.

Tolerance alignment of workpieces up to 2 mm by maintenance-free electromagnetic pressure pads. Working width, as well as start and end of sanding beam, are electronically controlled.

Abrasive belt cleaning by blow tubes, dust extraction via integrated extraction ducts, blow-off activation is automatic upon workpiece detection in the machine.

At the end, a 150 mm cleaning/de-dusting brush with extraction duct for dust removal.

Additional blow-off rotors at the machine outfeed with extraction duct.
