Machine base
Feed conveyor unit with single transport belt, feed speed adjustable from 3 – 15 m/min via frequency inverter, including belt cleaning device. Constant working height: 920 mm. Electronic adjustment of the upper machine section for workpiece thicknesses from 3 to 80 mm. Toothed belt lifting gear with dust protection cover; drive control via integrated control cabinet.

Sanding belt equipped with additional cleaning/blasting tube, wear-resistant brake, segmented pressure belt system, intermittent belt cleaning/blasting, belt tracking control; inspection door with glass insert.

2. Longitudinal sanding unit
Belt dimensions: 2,620 x 1,350 mm
Drive power: 13/17 kW
Sanding belt with double blasting holes for enhanced belt cleaning, wear-resistant brake, automatic belt length compensation, sanding action against feed direction, intermittent belt cleaning/blasting, infrared belt control. Eccentric bearing on front (steel) roller for light calibration, controlled via operator terminal.

3. Longitudinal sanding unit
Belt dimensions: 2,620 x 1,350 mm
Belt speed: 0.5 – 18 m/s
Drive power: 17 kW (frequency inverter)
Infinitely variable sanding belt speed, double blasting holes for advanced belt cleaning, wear-resistant brake, automatic belt length compensation, reverse sanding direction, intermittent belt cleaning/blasting, infrared belt control.

4. Brush Roller Unit
Centrally height-adjustable, includes extraction hood and pressure roller.

Bristle: Fibre

5. Workpiece Suction Device
For secure feeding of parts shorter than 500 mm, including integrated blower.

Discharges static electricity, including high-voltage transformer.

7. Integrated workpiece cleaning device with rotating compressed air nozzles

The machine will be operational upon delivery, following full mechanical and electrical refurbishment by authorized Heesemann service. New conveyor belt installed.

On-site commissioning and initial operator training available by arrangement.
Transport costs negotiable – loading included in the price.
