Accessories / Special features:
• CNC path control type CNC 314 (ELESTA – POSELESTA II) with display,
for 4 axes (= XYC + U-axis), with interpolation in 2 ½ dimensions (XYC).
The U-axis is a feed axis and not capable of interpolation. Teach-in
programming directly at the machine, with various subprograms, as well as
manual movement of axes via control panel or electronic hand-held unit.
Separate digital readout for the Z-axis
• U-axis as manual and controlled radial feed axis on the grinding head,
with digital readout for feed position,
• 2 grinding motors #5674 and #3980 for spindle speeds up to
80,000 rpm
• Integrated acoustic grinding contact indicator KSV 5
• HI-Cut device (oil cooling) and automatic fire suppression system
• Separately standing coolant unit with belt filter, separately standing
hydraulics and control cabinet, central lubrication, various collets,
