The new Hans Schreiner infinitely variable metal lathe with leadscrew, feed shaft, and cross-slide feed. Bed and gearwheels are hardened and ground. Main spindle with taper roller bearings and gib strips. Camlock C4 spindle mount, top slide 360° rotatable. Tailstock adjustable by +/- 5 mm for taper turning. Good machining performance. Stepless speed adjustment via electronic speed control with digital rpm display. Includes 160 mm 3-jaw chuck and steady rest.
