Intended Use:
The machine is designed for mixing powdery solids, liquids, and pastes as well as incorporating fillers. The viscosity range can vary from low-viscosity to paste-like.

Machine Design:
The laboratory stand dissolver essentially consists of the machine base, the lifting device, the drive for the mixing tool, a telescopic hood with spring pressure, the chuck, and the control cabinet (non-Ex) with controller and compact-controller.

In the working position, the vessel (customer-supplied) and the telescopic hood form an enclosed mixing chamber. The hood is equipped with a hose connection suitable for the application.

The drive of the mixing tool is equipped with a variable speed adjustment via frequency converter. Arrangement, capacities, and speeds of the motors can be found in the attached project drawing.

The display of the compact controller allows you to view the speed of the mixing tool, mixing time / remaining mixing time, mixing sequences, and other functions.

Operation
Switching the unit on and off is carried out via the corresponding push buttons in the control cabinet.

Raising the mixing tool drive
Raising is accomplished by activating the lifting motor. This runs only as long as the push buttons (two-hand safety circuit UP-UP) are pressed. Once the buttons are released, the arm remains at any chosen height.

Lowering the mixing tool drive
To lower the lifting arm, the corresponding push buttons (two-hand safety circuit DOWN-DOWN) on the control panel must be pressed.

Changing the mixing tool
The mixing tool shaft is equipped with an M8 connection thread. The mixing tool (stirring disk supplied by the customer) can be unscrewed and replaced as required.

Control Panel / Display
The machine is mainly operated via the compact PLC controller “Vision 560-T25B.” Safety-related functions, such as power disconnection via the main switch, emergency stop, and two-hand operation for opening/closing the mixing chamber, are excluded from this.

The control panel consists of an illuminated LCD display and membrane push buttons with tactile feedback.
The letter-labeled buttons are programmed with fixed functions, which can be activated at any time regardless of the menu. Once a function is activated, its status appears in the upper right area of the "operation display" menu.
The M up and down buttons allow you to cycle through the various menu screens.
