Scope of refurbishment:
1. Cleaning of machine bodies and application of new paint
2. Replacement of bearings with new ones: on the main spindle of the tenoner; on the saw spindle of the press; linear bearings on the carriage guide of the tenoner table; bearings on the working belts.

3. Installation of a new glue nozzle with 3.8 mm pitch on the tenoner body, installation of a glue supply tank with safety valve;
4. New conveyor belts
5. Replacement of wiring on machine bodies
6. Replacement of pneumatic lines for cylinders, solenoid valves and other pneumatic components in the machines;
7. Replacement of gears and double-row chain in the conveyor/chain feed of the press.
8. Refurbishment of electromagnetic brakes on the tenoner
9. Replacement of seals and O-rings (repair kits) in pneumatic cylinders. Replacement of worn solenoid valves with new ones.
10. Replacement of operator panels with new graphic panels on the tenoner cabinet, press cabinet, and small press panel.
11. Replacement of buttons, indicator lights, and switches on control panels and control boxes. Replacement of terminal boxes with new ones.
12. Replacement of control units for the tenoner and press, customization of the machine's control software to customer requirements.
13. Installation of a new inverter on the press rollers and on the ejector pusher of the outfeed table;
14. Maintenance of electrical installation in control cabinets, modernization and creation of an electrical schematic diagram.
15. Installation of guards, meshes, and necessary descriptions, labels, safety signs, manufacturer’s logo, and nameplates.
16. Replacement of V-belts with new ones, inspection of pulleys; gear motors and motors.
17. Replacement of limit switches, inductive and optical sensors (photoelectric cells) with new ones.
