Our film storage carousels are suitable for storing all types of film rolls. They can be used as high-bay storage at the membrane press or as a space-saving 3D film storage solution.

With our carousels, a large number of film rolls (up to 32 rolls with a diameter of 300mm) can be stored on a minimal footprint of approximately 2.4m x 1.2m. The required film is available immediately at the push of a button. Our carousels are designed and available as standard models with heights ranging from 2.8 meters to 6.0 meters. As optional equipment, we offer centering sleeves, manual or automatic cutting devices, as well as ionization solutions.

• Suspension rods ranging from Ø 42.4mm up to max. 76mm
• Full-height side cladding
• Protective grid from 2.2m above floor level up to the top of the carousel
• Load chain as hollow pin chain, breaking strength 100kN, pitch 50mm = Suspension bar mounting grid, carousel speed approx. 5.5 m/min
• Control via keyed switch with return spring (dead man’s control) for up/down operation
• Rated voltage 400V; 3N; 50Hz, mains cable with CEKON plug 16A, external circuit protection 10A slow-blow
• Attention! Installation requires a stable, level, and solid floor—no floating screed. Minimum floor load capacity must be at least 2.4kg/cm²
