The gnocchi production line includes:
- GLASS cooking kettle (Germany), model PRO-3, tilting, capacity 500 L, with mixing, vacuum, and cooling functions
- Column loader for 200 L troughs, feeding dough to the forming machine
- SANDORE forming machine (Italy), model NF 100 C, power 8.5 kW
- Segment conveyor, type Z, feeding product to the vibratory tunnel, width: 400 cm, height: 200 cm, for drying and cleaning the product (vibrating screens, air blowers)
- SARP vibratory tunnel (Italy), model STR 4107, power 4.7 kW
- SARP waste and water separator (Italy), model FILTRO, with vacuum extraction from the vibratory tunnel, power 2.2 kW

- Segment conveyor transporting finished product to the carton packing warehouse, spiral conveyor elevating packages to a height of 260 cm + straight section with a length of 20 m
