Gildemeister Sprint 42 - linear inkl. Stangenlader

The Sprint 42 Linear from DMG Gildemeister is a CNC turning/milling center with 6 linear axes and 2 C-axes. Direct drives enable high acceleration and precise machining operations. Both the main and counter spindles have new bearings and the machine has been extensively overhauled.

The following parts have also been newly replaced:
- Drive motor of powered tool 2 replaced
- Counter spindle newly fitted with bearings
- New door switch

Spindles: Main and counter spindle each up to 6,500 rpm, bar capacity main spindle 42 mm, counter spindle 38 mm

Rapid traverse: up to 30 m/min (X1, Z1, X2, Z2), Y2 up to 18 m/min
Control: FANUC 160i-TB with 15″ DMG SlimLine panel

Including IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder

The IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder (type 32 LL, year of manufacture 2007) is included in the scope of delivery and enables continuous loading of material up to Ø 42 mm. It operates at 400 V / 50 Hz and requires 6 bar air pressure; net weight is approx. 860 kg.
