Accessories / Special equipment:
- Machine currently set up for high-precision drilling of injection pump components (approx. Ø 25 x 150 mm, bore approx. 5 mm) which are fed via an inclined conveyor into a dual-orientation station, positionally checked, and then automatically and in pairs clamped in the machining zone between drill bushing carrier and powered tailstock via a loading portal (with 2 x double grippers) mounted transversely to the machine. After machining, the second set of grippers transfers the workpieces to a blow-off and drill breakage inspection station. After successful inspection, the workpieces fall into transport containers.
