During the cutting cycle, the software compares cutting force with preset values and can stop the sawing system in case of irregularities. - The saw band is cleaned by two adjustable steel brushes, which are hydraulically driven. - The hydraulic unit, including filter and manometer, ensures especially smooth operation at constant pressure. - Precision ground carbide inserts clamp the saw band, complete with lateral, hardened, and adjustable guide rollers. The adjustable band guide automatically moves as close as possible to the material. - The saw band is tensioned by a hydraulic cylinder, controlled by the machine software.
