Available for sale is a GERBER XLS-125-180-L automatic fabric spreader, designed for large-scale textile and apparel manufacturing.

This industrial spreading system enables precise and efficient multilayer spreading of fabrics directly onto a conveyor table. The motorized carriage ensures uniform material handling, accurate alignment, and consistent production speed, making the system ideal for demanding production environments.

The machine is considered an industry workhorse and can process a wide range of materials – from heavy denim to lightweight fabrics.

The system was operated as part of a fully integrated cutting line together with a Lectra Vectorfashion VT-FA-Q2-72 cutter (unit 35 C) and a FINN-CONVEY V307 conveyor system (unit 30 C). This combination significantly improves production flow, reduces manual labor, and enables continuous high-performance operation.

The unit was used in a professional garment manufacturing setting and was fully operational until the plant closure.
