CIDAN F metal folding machines are characterized by a rigid, stable frame, offering fast and convenient operation. Reinforced side frames ensure stable movement of the clamping and bending beams. The clamping beam operates via an eccentric drive, minimizing part wear during movement. This design also delivers the best possible opening and closing speeds. The eccentric drive eliminates the need for ongoing adjustments or parameter changes over time, thus ensuring a long service life for the clamping motor. During clamping, the eccentrics generate very high clamping force, which is a significant advantage for double folding (stiffening beads).

Software: NULINK

The control software, developed exclusively for CIDAN folding machines, is user-friendly, making navigation, programming, verification, and easy part design accessible even to less-experienced operators. Instructions, notes, and tips are displayed with interactive graphics. The memory allows storage of a large number of programs. NULINK calculates the part’s blank and automatically generates the bending program. The finished part is displayed with the actual bending sequence. As an option, an OFFLINE accessory is available, allowing drawings to be prepared directly from an office PC.

Ihjdpfx Adswd Emkskew

EGS is a 1020 mm-long, automatically adjustable back gauge for folding machines, equipped with a servo motor and belt drives on both sides. Achieving a precise position between 2 and 1020 mm takes less than 2 seconds. The first-row stop plates are made from spring steel as standard. With a single pedal press, all supports can be automatically lowered, preventing potential material collisions when rotating it on the work table. Alternatively, a FLEXIBLE back gauge with a depth of 1550 mm to 4200 mm is available (see more in the options section).

Tools: Upper Clamping, Lower, and Bending Beams

The folding machines are equipped with three types of beams: upper clamping, lower, and bending. Each is supplied with different tool types. The upper beam tool consists of 3–4 segments, allowing individual damaged segments to be replaced, saving time and costs. Parameters for the upper beam tool: 30° R1. Bending beam tools are available in three sizes: 7 mm, 10 mm, and 15 mm widths. Lower beam tools are robust and prevent scratching or deformation of sensitive materials during clamping.
