• The machine features a simple, freely programmable SIEMENS CNC control, type 840 D SolutionLine, together with additional GEIBEL & HOTZ grinding software. User-friendly operation, with text and graphical support, easy programming even for complex grinding wheel contours, fast linking of grinding operations, and support for all standard grinding cycles.
• Electronic handwheel for all 3 axes.
• Table movement via ballscrew drive (KT), enabling both very high and very low table speeds, ideal for profile grinding.
• Cross-feed (Z) and vertical feed (Y) via ballscrew drive with incremental glass scale.
• Diamond dressing unit mounted on the left side of the table (also for profile dressing); additional driven diamond roll dressing device (mountable on table) with automatic dressing cycle including compensation.
• HOFMANN balancing unit EasyBalancer EB3100 (with installed speed and vibration sensors)
• Currently only small magnetic chuck 110 x 200 mm is available.
• Wet grinding system with free-standing belt filter coolant filter
• Complete enclosure with electrically monitored sliding doors, free-standing electrical cabinet, work light, various accessories, and operating manuals.
