The Easy T is a manually operated deburring machine suitable for various metalworking processes such as grinding, deburring, edge rounding, and polishing for a range of materials – stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, and aluminium.

The grinding head with two rotating tools (grinding disc or brush) is mounted on a swivel arm.

The Easy T features an infinitely adjustable speed and a vacuum system, enabling the workpieces to be fixed securely to the table. It is a cost-effective and efficient solution for conventional grinding and deburring. All edges of the workpiece are processed from every angle and direction. The grinding head can be rotated by 180°, allowing for quick tool changes.

The flap brush ensures precise rounding of the edges of the workpiece. Standard brushes have a diameter of 150 mm. For deburring, a support pad with a grinding disc is used. Depending on the height and hardness of the burr, the grinding disc can be set at a slight angle to apply greater pressure to the burr.
