ClipEx for sheep and hog casings: This device welds a sausage strand at the twisting point, resulting in two sealed ends. This is particularly advantageous for companies using the new, welded, long natural casings. In such cases, filled sausage chains need to be separated to stick length.

The new control system for the ClipEx CXC casing welding pliers features an alphanumeric display. Both welding time and working temperature can now be individually pre-set for each casing. The new controller also allows you to save individual parameters within a welding program, including product names. The portable device can be used on the filling table with a table holder or mobile on suspension lines. For use on suspension lines, a floor rail was designed for horizontal movement. When used on hanging lines, you can even save the empty portion of the casing. The device is also optionally available with foot operation. A specially designed stainless steel foot switch ensures the operator has both hands free.
