Franz Haas Wafer Stick Baking Oven Model EWB 1/1 after comprehensive overhaul.

The machine is made from ASIS 304 stainless steel (main frame made of carbon steel).

The oven is equipped with a rotary ring, which has adjustable speed to achieve the desired type of wafer baking. The ring has been cleaned and checked (alignment), support bearings are new.

Fans have been replaced with new ones.

New chimney exit with flange for quick installation.

The machine is equipped with two extruders, including sleeves for strip shaping and for wafer stick diameter forming.

It features a knife with pneumatic actuator and photocell for precise cutting (adjustable tube length possible).

The oven includes a stainless steel batter tank mounted on a frame with cart.

Equipped with pumps for transferring batter from the tank onto the surface of the ring.

Comes with a new control panel and a new gas reducer. Ring and pump speeds adjustable via frequency inverters.

Dimensions: length 3,200 mm, width 1,400 mm, height 1,700 mm.

The machine is gas-powered, suitable for high-methane natural gas, symbol E (formerly GZ 50).

Power supply: 3x400V / 16A, approx. 2.5/3 kWh consumption.
